) SSH into your device (how to SSH https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRfTDg3K17o )

2) Navigate to /var/lib/apt/lists

3) Delete anything you see with ZODTTD in it (Should be 3 files)

4) close out of your SSH client and open Cydia and enjoy!
